These terms describe how the subscription works and what each party agrees to.

Purpose
fastcoursier provides access to an internet television (IPTV) service for a fixed period. Using the service means accepting these terms.
Ordering and duration
- Each plan gives access to the service for the stated duration, starting when the login details are sent.
- The amount and payment methods are confirmed before any order.
- The subscription does not renew automatically. An extension requires a new order.
Login details and use
- Login details are personal and intended for the private use of the household that placed the order.
- A subscription allows playback on 1 device at the same time.
- To use the subscription on another device, first sign out of the previous device.
- Account sharing, resale, publicly sharing or rebroadcasting login details or content is not allowed.
- You agree to use the service in line with the rules that apply in your country of residence.
Service availability
We do what is needed to provide a stable service, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted availability: playback also depends on your internet connection, your hardware and the app you use. The programmes available may change during the subscription.
Player apps
Player apps are published by third parties. Their availability, features and any paid options are the responsibility of their publishers.

Help with installation and configuration is provided by message for the whole subscription period. First check the help centre, then contact us via the contact page.

These terms may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page; the terms that apply are those in force when you order.
