Browsing the site
This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no audience measurement tools. Like any web server, the host may record technical logs (IP address, page requested, date) to keep the site secure and working.
Messages you send us
The live chat shown at the bottom of the pages is provided by a third-party service (capm.ma). To start a conversation, it asks for your name and phone number; your messages, and any photos or voice messages you choose to send, are transmitted to and stored by this service so that we can reply. The chat also keeps a conversation identifier, your name and your number in your browser, to restore the conversation on your next visit.
When it opens, the chat queries an IP geolocation service (ipwho.is) to preselect your country’s dialling code. If you accept, your browser may also receive a notification when we reply; you can turn this off at any time in your browser settings.

- Answering your questions and processing your order
- Sending your login details and helping you set up the service
- Handling any refund request
Your data is neither sold nor used for advertising.
Retention period
Messages related to an order are kept for the duration of the subscription, then for the time needed to follow up any complaint.
Third-party services
The live chat is hosted by capm.ma and uses ipwho.is to detect the country. The player apps you install are published by third parties and have their own privacy policies.
